General Summary

Brand, Sales and Marketing Manager serves as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for the brand; including campaigns and events in order to drive market growth.


Job Description

  • Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market through all media
  • Define product strategies and road maps
  • Develop sales tools and collateral's
  • Develop effective product positioning in the market
  • Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development
  • Brief and train sales personnel
  • Launch and oversee advertising and media planning
  • Undertake package development strategies



  • Hold a bachelor degree (in relevant field) from local or overseas top university with minimum GPA 3.5
  • Having minimum 4 years working experience in the similar position with significant successful track record (esp. in Coffee Roaster)
  • Strong analytical thinking, business leadership, and good interpersonal skill
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Result oriented
  • Excellent communication in English, both oral and written
